If you want to build muscles without spending all that money you just simply have to buy different foods. If you eat lots of tuna, chicken, red meat and peanut butter, then you will have more than enough protein to build any type of muscles you want. All of this food is delicious and healthy for you. There is no need to buy any muscle supplement powders or anything like that to build maximum muscle. Once you have your diet figured out, it is time for exercising. Like I already said, you do not need to have a huge weight equipment setup for you to build muscles. A lot of famous football players never went into a gym before to work out. It all comes down to a personal taste, but no matter what you choose you should still work out every day in order to build maximum muscle.
