When the feelings of anger and/or frustration 30 Minute Money Methods are so intense that you can't even think straight, the best thing to do is to just take a break. Maybe you only need an hour, maybe you need the whole day. Take the time to deal with your feelings. If you force yourself to go on, you are functioning in a less than optimal state and you are more likely to make even more mistakes which will make you even more angry and frustrated. Do something you want to do or something that will make you happy. You will lose a lot less time in the long run if you take the time to regroup. Avoid things that make you frustrated or angry, at least for a little while. Sometimes that means avoiding people that are constantly cheerful and upbeat. After all, sometimes there is nothing more annoying than someone in a good mood when we are really angry, especially if they try to tell us to be happy! Everyone needs time alone sometimes.
